If you find that your ground workouts are not counting, you will need to make sure that you are facing sideways on your camera when performing a rep - facing forward will make it difficult for your camera to capture your reps (or not at all).
Exercises that must be performed sideways include:
- Bicycle Crunchers
- Burpees
- Elbow Leg Raise
- Elbow Plank Hold
- Glute Bridge (+ Hold)
- Kickbacks
- Knee Elbow Plank Hold
- Knee Push Ups
- Knee Up/Down Planks
- Left Leg Glute Bridge (+ Hold)
- Mountain Climbers
- Push Ups
- Right Leg Glute Bridge (+ Hold)
- Sit Ups
- Up/Down Planks
- Walk Outs
